Star Trails I

Third week.

Star trails - First Attempt.

First attempt at creating a star trail. I'm quite happy with the result, though I still see a number of flaws that I need to work on to achieve nicer images. You may see a small gap in the trail, this is because a plane flew past and ruined one of the exposures. 

Still need to work on my composition - it's quite hard to compose at night. Overall, I'm quite happy

Second week.

Queensland.

Cropped with a cinematic feel (16:9), this photograph looks at QLD floodings from a different POV other than the pure wreckage of homes and families. It shows how many people of our community stockpiled on the vitals - water and food -, which is evident through the scarcity of products in supermarkets.

My prayers and thoughts to those who have lost loved ones and lost their home.

New start~

A new year. ^^

It looks like I was not able to commit to my 365 day project. TT

and I don't think I would have a high chance in completing another 365 photo project for 2011 due to studies this year (year 12) D;

So, I decided that I would do 1 photo a week project - 52 week photo project. Starting by tomorrow.

I will be posting my weekly photo for my project on the weekend, most likely on Saturday.

With this going on that doesn't mean I can't post photos that are not related to the project.

I'll still upload more photos whenever, it just that ill update my blog at least once a week. ^^.


Anyways - new header.
